Perfect for several families, a large group or stag and hen parties, Ty Sinamon is a spacious Victorian country home in Bala, Snowdonia. Bala Lake is only minutes away and active guests will want to get their feet wet with The National White Water Rafting Centre or Coed y Brenin for mountain biking. The property has a superb elevated position which overlooks Bala and offers stunning views of the Berywn mountains and the historical Bala Lake Railway. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout and there's plenty of parking.
Stepping into Ty Sinamon, the first thing you'll notice is just how much space there is, from the large boot and cloakroom to the huge hallway. From here you'll find a spacious lounge with a traditional fireplace, comfortable sofas and a more than adequate 42" plasma satellite TV and DVD player. If you prefer to sit back and relax then why not dive into the massive collection of classic books on tape provided for you.
The dining room also has a traditional fireplace and, what's referred to as, the 'ultimate dining table' which has ample space for all 18 of your party. It's also a great room for meetings and presentations.
Cooking for such a large group may seem daunting but the fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer is more than up to the task.
There's also a large utility room with an extra fridge, butler's sink, drying rack and washing machine.
On the first floor of the cottage is a bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which have en-suites. The second floor has a further four bedrooms which can sleep either two or three guests depending on your particular requirements. Each bedroom is airy and spacious and several of them feature innovative zip link beds which can either be arranged as doubles or twins. A highchair and travel cot is provided for children under two years of age.
Ty Sinamon has an incredibly enchanting garden which is terraced and filled with mature plants, shrugs, a gazebo, a timber deck and fishponds. It also includes a BBQ area and games with giant versions of Kerplunk, Jenga and Connect 4.
A range of pampering services are available at the cottage and help add that little bit of something special to your holiday. A few of them include: courtesy umbrellas, breakfast and barbeque hamper service, babysitting, free transport home to the Plas yn Dre restaurant, helicopter rides and guided local walks.

The cottage is less than an hour away from Chester, Betws y Coed, Llangollen, Portmerion, Snowdon and many Blue Flag beaches. If you're the thrill-seeking type, no less than 15 adventure activities are within half an hour's drive. They include paintballing, gorge-walking, off-road 4x4-ing, quad biking and clay pigeon shooting.
