The Stour Apartment is based on one level on the first floor and features modern open plan living space with comfortable sofas, a Freeview TV with DVD player and a dining table with seating for six.
With integrated appliances throughout, the kitchen is well equipped for self catering and has a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all essentials including cutlery and crockery.
Laundry facilities are houses in the hallway cupboard.
The two bedrooms in the apartment comprise a master double with en-suite shower room and TV and a cosy twin room with bedroom furniture and an additional closet in the hallway.
There is a spacious family bathroom with a bath tub.
A balcony is directly accessed from the lounge with the river passing below and elevated views towards St Margaret’s Church. The apartment also has access to a rear terrace with outdoor furnishings.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your arrival and the apartment has full central heating throughout. High chairs and cots are available on request and an extra bed can be provided for an additional young child. Pets are welcome to stay at a supplement of £20 per pet per week.
