Torr Hill, a welcoming Devon Georgian farmhouse is situated off a quiet lane, a few yards from the head of Batson Creek on the Salcombe estuary in South Devon and a pleasant walk from Salcombe's bustling town centre.  It's perfect for a family holiday and Torr Hill retains plenty of period details.  It is comfortably furnished and tastefully presented and has a delightful kitchen diner, a cosy sitting room, a large games room, four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sunny south facing walled garden.  Salcombe and the South Devon coastline is a Mecca for sailing enthusiasts and lovers of water sports with plenty of beautiful sandy beaches on both sides of the estuary; all linked by passenger ferries and Salcombe town is full of pleasant pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes. Torr Hill has sufficient parking for a couple of cars and a boat trailer, so guests are welcome to bring their own small boat to enjoy this wonderful sheltered waterway as it meanders up to the pretty market town of Kingsbridge at its head.  This is a much loved family home providing an ideal base for a memorable holiday in a beautiful area.

Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Large family bathroom with roll top bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Single/double bedroom with 3ft bed and additional pull out bed that can be zip linked to create a double bed.

Outside: South facing walled garden, with two patio terraces and area of lawn.  Garden table and chairs and sun loungers.  Barbecue.  Please Note: Young children should be accompanied in the garden as there is a considerable drop on the other side of the wall should they scramble onto the top.

Parking for up to 3 cars or two cars and boat trailer.
