St. Christopher's Apartment is nestled to the peaceful fringes of the vibrant seaside town of Exmouth, East Devon.  Set along the stunning World Heritage Jurassic Coast, Exmouth is positioned where the scenic River Exe Estuary meets the Devon coastline.  Whether seeking an active or relaxing holiday, Exmouth caters for all ages throughout the year and whatever the weather.  Exmouth's regency seafront and its two mile stretch of golden sands is a constant hub of activity and is perfect for paddling, swimming, sandcastle building, dog walking and even kite surfing or windsurfing.  Enjoy a pleasure cruise up the River Exe and take in Devon's rolling countryside as well as internationally renowned nature reserves where rare and native birds can be seen.  There are fantastic rail and bus links to the Cathedral city of Exeter, Topsham or Sidmouth to name a few popular places.  Nearby Woodbury Common is ideal for stretching the legs or taking the mountain bike; whilst the less strenuous level trail along the Exe Estuary is a must for a gentle walk or cycle.  There are several nearby National Trust properties to enjoy or sample the many independent eateries, inns, tearooms and boutiques both in Exmouth and nearby villages.

St Christopher's Apartment is a perfect bolthole for couples seeking spacious and welcoming holiday accommodation.  Enjoy its added luxuries such as its own private sauna, access to a gym or snuggle up in front of the antique wood stove.  The apartment, which is an annex to the owner's house and is spread across a single level, backs onto open countryside and has been lovingly recently refurbished to the highest standards.  Comfort and homeliness is found in abundance.

Front door opens into hallway.  Far door leads into spacious lounge dining room Lounge area with two sofas, armchair, antique wood stove, TV, DVD player and CD/ radio.  Dining area with table to seat two, built-in bookcase and double doors opening to the rear patio and garden beyond.  Door into sumptuous dual aspect bedroom with wonderful super king bed with Tempur mattress, chest of drawers, two built-in wardrobes, wall mounted TV and double doors to rear patio.  Luxury shower room with large walk-in rainfall shower, wash basin and WC.  Door into Sauna room with two levels, a lower level for sitting and a higher level with space for two persons to lie.   Door into modern and extremely well equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, integrated fridge, dishwasher and many culinary gadgets.  Separate utility room with microwave, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging drying space.  Hallway with storage cupboards to include a shelved cupboard ideal for drying walking boots.

Outside:

Private patio with table and chairs accessed from either the lounge or bedroom.  Kettle barbecue.  Guests are welcome to share the owner's gardens which are planted with mature shrubs and trees and offer several differing seating areas.  Small pond to rear of garden.

Parking for one car in front of property upon a private driveway.
