An additional feature is an elevated seating area in the paddock from which to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset and the glowing beams of Start Bay lighthouse.

Slapton's village amenities and the long sweep of Slapton Sands are just two miles away. A selection of country walks are available from the doorstep or follow the nearby lane that leads down to Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve. Built in four ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, separate fridge and freezer. Patio doors from kitchen to steps down to rear terrace. Ground floor bedrooms all benefit from country views. Bedroom 1 with 6ft super king bed (can be separated to create two 3ft single beds), TV with Freeview and modern en suite with double sized shower, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 3ft single bed with additional pull out 3ft truckle bed and TV with Freeview. Contemporary family bathroom with bath, thermostatic shower over, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 3 / Den with 3ft bunks, 3ft day bed (this can extend to a 5ft double bed), 3D TV with 4 pairs of glasses, Freeview and DVD player.


Enclosed level grassed garden to the front of the property. Additional enclosed rear terrace which is equipped with sun loungers, gas barbecue and wooden patio table to seat 8. Double garage houses a tumble dryer and a games room which provides table tennis, dart board and other games. Private access to 3 acre paddock.


Plentiful parking. One large additional parking space is also available in the garage.

  • Internet: Please Note: Due to the property's valley location, it is not possible to receive unlimited terrestrial broadband.  A satellite broadband connection with WiFi router is supplied for guest convenience, and whilst it is fast (20mbps download speed), it is not unlimited ? is regulated by a monthly allowance and if subjected to prolonged and data-hungry use, may slow down to 0.5mbps. This service is suitable for occasional use i.e. daily email checking or Devon holiday planning, but it is not suitable for video conferencing via Skype, downloading or streaming films, watching catch up TV on iplayer or prolonged usage. Guests requiring heavier/business usage at the property can be easily accomodated as additional capacity can be purchased at a cost of £9.99 per GB.
