Opposite bedroom 2 is a family bathroom with power shower over the bath. At the end of the hallway is bedroom 3, which has zip and link beds and can be arranged either as a twin or double room, en suite shower room and patio door to main garden. From the ground floor lobby, stairs straight ahead lead to the first floor and master bedroom 4 with king size bed, en suite bathroom with power shower over bath and patio door opening onto balcony. The spacious, open plan living area offers panoramic views out to sea with sliding patio doors that open onto a wide balcony running the width of the house. Seating area with leather sofas arranged around a woodburning stove and wall-mounted TV with DVD player. Well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, single oven, combination microwave oven, dishwasher and large capacity fridge with ice box. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 10.
