If you are searching for a spacious and comfortable retreat with stunning sea views from most rooms as well as a sun terrace from where all this can be enjoyed, then we can't think of a better destination than Seator. Perched on the cliff at the end of a lane above East Looe, this detached town house provides contemporary accommodation; the visitor can even leave the car in the parking space and take a short stroll down the lane to where the beach and the older quarter of the town await. If you can drag the kids away from the beach, there are plenty of other things to do, be it trying your hand at sea fishing, walking along the stunning South West Coastal Path to the fishing village of Polperro, driving to the famous Eden Project or just exploring this beautiful Celtic county. Then after a busy day, return to enjoy an al fresco meal on the terrace whilst the sun goes down. Sounds perfect, doesn't it?
Relatively steep slope up to front entrance. Spacious living room with two bay windows, two sofas, two armchairs, recliner seat, wall mounted flat screen TV, Sky Digital, BT sports channels and DVD. Dining area with oak table and chairs to seat eight. Large kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electric oven under, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cloakroom with WC. Stairs to bedrooms. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed and bay window. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and further views. Two twin bedrooms, both with two 3ft single beds. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

For one car (please note that the lane leading up to Seator is very narrow in places and care should be taken when approaching or leaving the property). Additional parking available in town (charges apply).
