The villages have a selection of excellent pubs, serving good food and for those who love messing about on the water there are a number of companies specialising in all forms of water sports. For the more land based the dramatic South West Coastal path is easily accessible, historic Plymouth is a short drive away and Churchunder is an ideal base from which to explore all that the beautiful county of Devon has to offer, from dramatic Dartmoor to the many sandy beaches.
