The icing on the cake is to peep out of any window, which never fails to reward and soothe the visitor with water and harbour views. You will even be greeted by a lovely welcome pack on arrival.

Stable-style door leads to the rear garden, unfenced, moderately steeply terraced, accessed via stone walkways without handrails (please exercise caution), leading up to the top terrace with a bench and bistro table and chairs from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the harbour and sea. Not suitable for small children.
