The beach can only be reached by footpaths or boats, so is never crowded, and for enthusiastic walkers there are miles of fantastic coastal paths directly accessible from the property. This unusual house has a large garden with views to the sea and benefits from a huge games barn, a great spot for some competitive games whatever the weather.

Approached down a private drive, the house, the last in the village, faces over a large courtyard area that is bordered on one side by a barn. There is a small rambling garden off the sitting room that is partly walled with a lawn and has steps down to the courtyard. The driveway leads around the side of the barn to a large area of lawn with a pond, stream and views along the meandering valley to the sea. A deck area off the barn is provided with garden furniture. The ground floor of the barn is used for storage of garden furniture and access to the deck and garden. The top floor, a huge play space, is provided with a table tennis table.
