Perfect for families, couples and outdoor activity getaways, the lodges are just 3 miles from the market town of Thirsk and Sutton Bank visitor centre in the North York Moors. The peaceful village of Flixkirk sheltered by the Hambleton Hills and a great inn serving fine food and drink are within walking distance. We're also just a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales.
Surrounded by open countryside and with fabulous rural views, Foxhills Hideaways are the perfect relaxing retreat. We are a friendly family run establishment living on site in ‘Foxhills’ the house, set in 8 acres. Pets stay free of charge, with plenty of space for the dogs to run free and scenic walks direct from your front door. A car is recommended to explore local villages, market towns, castles, stately homes, gardens and trips to nearby York and the coast.
The ultimate quiet and relaxing retreat, easily accessed just 3 miles from Thirsk and the A19, and 7 miles from the A1. For those rainy days a ‘Winter Garden’ has a pool table and table tennis. There is also a children’s playhouse and swings amongst the trees. Winter breaks are proving very popular, with the cabins being really warm and cosy. Don’t forget pets come free.
