Sea Breeze boasts a luxurious open plan living space fully equipped for self catering throughout. The comfortable lounge area has leather sofas and state of the art entertainment facilities including a flat screen TV, a wide range of DVDs and a Vision plus box for catch up TV.
The modern kitchen is beautifully presented and equipped with self catering appliances and utilities. There is also a family dining table.
The apartment has a stylish master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and a private Juliette balcony.
There is a second double bedroom which can also be presented as a twin on request with access to a fully tiled family bathroom and separate shower room.
All bed linen and towels are provided on arrival and the apartment has a washing machine and dryer for guest use and a drying rail in the cupboard.
Sea Breeze Apartment is only a 5 minute taxi ride from St Austell railway station and we are perfectly located for visiting The Eden Project which is only a few minutes away by car.
Other top tourist attractions within a short distance of the apartment include The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Wheal Martyn, St Austell Brewery and the Roseland Observatory.
St Austell itself is a beautiful seaside town on the English Riviera with golden beaches, water sports and fishing opportunities and a wide array of coastal walks and cycle paths.
Short breaks including overnight stays are available throughout the winter months.
Check in is available anytime after 3pm and the apartment must be vacated by 10 30am on the day of departure. We may be able to arrange for earlier check in or later check out depending on availability.
