The Bluebell Holiday Apartment is situated 80 yards from the North Beach, which looks out to Flamborough Head and Sewerby Cliffs, and adjacent to Alexandra promenade and North Marine Drive gardens and putting greens. The unique aspect of the flat is that it is not overlooked by anyone else, and is positioned in its own private surroundings in one of the nicest areas of the resort.
The accommodation is ideally suited for a wheelchair user and people with poor mobility because there are no steps or ramps inside or outside the building.
Our deluxe apartment is not a conversion, but a purpose built, fully self contained ground floor flat. The apartment, which has its own entrance, has a fully fitted kitchen with full sized cooker, fridge and microwave. The comfortable, spacious, bay windowed lounge is nicely furnished, including a double convertible sofa bed, TV, radio and dining area.
All the furniture, fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings have been personally chosen to create a warm and very comfortable interior.
A tastefully furnished double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds suitable for adults and children. They share a modern bathroom and toilet.
There is a private parking area available for average sized cars.
Full central heating throughout. All cooking utensils, bed linen, bath and hand towels tea towels etc are all provided free of charge.
A washing line with pegs and clothes prop is provided for outdoor drying.
Pets can be allowed by prior arrangement.
A deposit of £40 per week is required at time of booking with the balance to be paid on arrival
The town centre and all its amenities, including Leisure world, are either two minutes walk from the end of St Anne’s Road, or a leisurely stroll along the seafront, which is just across the road. In the other direction there is the picturesque cliff top walk to Sewerby and Flamborough Head.
