About this Touring Site

Situated in a beautiful rural location just one mile from the Cornish coast, Coastal Valley Camp and Crafts is a newly opened camping and glamping site perfect for rest and relaxation. Three beaches can be easily reached via a scenic country stroll from our park including Watergate Bay with its range of restaurants and surf shops. Bring your own tent or caravan and pitch up at our 'Touring Ring' which has a range of grass and hard standing pitches plus a communal self catering kitchen located nearby.

The Touring Ring is the ideal location for a camping holiday surrounded by a naturally landscaped valley. We have 6 caravan pitches, 15 tent pitches and shared recharging facilities. We operate a no car policy on the camping area with a large gravel car park situated nearby. Camping facilities include bathroom chalets with free hot showers and a self catering kitchen well equipped with two fridges, gas hob cookers, grills, a small microwave, freezer, double sink and drainer. Although we provide a few pots and pans, we request guests bring their own crockery, cutlery and utensils. Dogs are welcome on the campsite with the condition that they are kept on a lead at all times.

More about staying here

Our prices start from £14 in the low season for two people occupying a standard pitch. Extra fees apply for additional adults, children, an awning, gazebo or dog. We also have a range of hard standing pitches which start from £15 per night for two people and a five night minimum applies to these pitches over the peak summer season. Our wonderful rural setting has no roads or houses in sight and has a natural stream, nature walk plus plenty of benches and tables for picnics. Every Saturday night is communal feast night where you can enjoy a stone baked pizza, hog roast, curry and relax with our other guests. We hold a weekly range of canvas art and willow weaving classes which are particularly popular on rainy days. Extra charges apply but all materials are provided. One day willow weaving and decoupage workshop and three day master-class art sessions are also available over summer - visit the website for further details. Day visitors for craft activities are welcome but please note all accommodation must be pre-booked before arrival.
