About this Bed and Breakfast

Welcoming 4 Star Brookfield Bed & Breakfast just 1 mile from Keswick town centre is a stylish, luxury guest house perfectly placed for walking and exploring the Northern Fells.  Four individually themed en-suite rooms are available including large family suites accommodating two adults and one child.  Our Lakeland B&B has spectacular views towards Latrigg, Skiddaw and Catbells.

Guest Rooms

All rooms have superbly comfortable beds made up with fine cotton linen and each room includes WiFi, flat-screen TVs with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, wine glasses, bottle openers, and modern bathrooms with soft fluffy towels, electric showers and shaver points.  Children are warmly welcomed, with both cots and high chairs available.

Consistently commended by our TripAdvisor reviewers, we offer a choice of four uniquely designed en-suite rooms including:

  • Room 1- a cosy first floor double en-suite with views towards Latrigg Fell.  This small double is also perfect for single occupancy (supplement applies).
  • Room 2 - on the first floor is a spacious double, twin, family and/or triple room in a Victorian style featuring a double bed and a single bed.  Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child.
  • Room 3 - on the second floor is another cosy double en-suite also with views towards Latrigg.
  • Room 4 - is a stunning large room perfect for couples or adults/ families sharing, containing a super-king-size bed and a single bed.  This room can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.

Our delicious Full English breakfasts are made with locally sourced ingredients where possible and prepared by Ronnie who is a fully qualified chef.  Vegetarian options and children's menu are available and for guests preferring to skip breakfast and enjoy a lie in, we'll happily provide delicious packed lunches.

Other Facilities/Services

Ample free roadside parking is just opposite and indoor secure cycle storage is available.

Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the B&B and guests are warmly welcomed on arrival with complimentary tea and coffee served in the dining room which has an open fire lit on colder days.

Pet Policy

Guests are most welcome to bring their well behaved and trained dogs, however we ask that they are not left alone in rooms if you're leaving the premises.  Dogs can be left in the room when having breakfast if they are settled.  If not we can provide a 'relay breakfast' or you can put your dog in your car.  We provide doggie towels, but please bring along your own dog bed and blanket.
