Set on a small working farm, Mill Brow Holiday Cottage in Skelwith Bridge boasts a four star rating and is a well equipped, family- friendly property set just a short drive from Lake Windermere and offering scenic views over Loughrigg Fell.
Mill Brow Cottage is a stone barn and features exposed beams which are complimented by modern facilities including a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, Sky TV with movies & sports and parking for two cars.
In the living area there is an open fire, operational in the months of October to April. Tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and a large Sky- enabled TV, with movies and sports channels.
The kitchen is fully- equipped with all the modern appliances you may need to use during your stay, including a dining table, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available.
The cottage offers one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share use of a bathroom with electric shower fitted.
All are traditionally decorated, with white bed linen, pine furniture, and have exposed beams. A hair dryer and electric blankets for the winter months are also provided. Families are welcome, with a cot and high chair supplied free of charge.
There is a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing in the summer months.
