The kitchen is well- equipped with all of the appliances you may need to use during your stay, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
The Nook is ideal for couples, and offers one comfortable double bedroom and a sofa bed. There is also a shower room with a toilet and wash basin.
There is a large lawn garden with a barbecue that is shared with the other properties at Alkham Valley. The Nook has an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture, ideal for dining al fresco in the summer.
A deposit of 40% of the cost of your booking is required to secure your dates. Arrive after 5pm and depart by 10am.
Onsite parking is available. Well behaved pets are welcome to join their owners for a small charge of £15 per week. Strictly no smoking.
Short breaks of 3 nights are available - please enquire with us directly for the best prices and full availability. For week long stays, the changeover day is Friday.
Alkham Valley Views offers a tranquil location with stunning countryside views, yet within easy reach of shops, pubs and attractions.
Local amenities including pubs, shops and restaurants are just 200 yards away. Great shopping days out are also available nearby at the De Bradelei Wharf in Dover or at The Macarthur Glen Outlet in Ashford.
Attractions in Folkestone include The Battle of Britain Museum, Leas Cliff Hall, Westhanger Castle, Folkestone Racecourse, Brockhill Country Park and Warren Country Park.
Take the M20 to Dover it becomes the A20 when it passes Folkestone. Just past junction 13,( do not take it) you will go through a short tunnel, immediately bare left out of the tunnel, take the right hand lane up to the round about and take the 3rd exit off. Do not go up Spitfire Way, but take the old steep hill towards Hawkinge.
This is Canterbury Road, or White Horse Hill, 3/4 of the way up just before the 30 mile an hour signs you will see Alkham Valley View on the right, turn in here this is 8 Canterbury Rodd. If you pass The White Horse pub on the left you've gone too far.
