A fully fitted modern kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor, featuring an electric cooker and hob, a fridge freezer, microwave, washer dryer, a kettle, toaster and dining table and chairs for four with views across to the harbour. A brand new bathroom is also to the ground floor with spacious walk-in shower. Two first floor bedrooms include a double room with harbour views and ample storage, plus a second bedroom with two adult sized bunk beds. The lower bunk converts into a double bed if required and a travel cot is available on request.
A beautifully appointed dual aspect lounge with beamed ceiling and large six foot windows is on the second floor, with panoramic harbour and coastal views. Facilities include a cosy multifuel stove, flatscreen TV, DVD and a CD player.
