At Brandreth Barn is a family run bed & breakfast, located in the rural area of Burscough, Lancashire. The farm itself dates from 1706 when it first belonged to the Brandreth family. The Wilson family acquired the farm in 1967 and converted one of the barns into B&B accommodation. As well as being an arable farm we currently have hens, geese and cockerals together with a horse, two donkeys and a Shetland pony which the children are particularly fond of.
At Brandreth Barn, we have a choice of Family, Double or Twin Rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All our bedrooms have been finished to the highest standard, each having modern flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities awaiting your arrival.
Before you set of for a day exploring varied attractions of this part of the North West you can enjoy a hearty breakfast in our dining room. Choose either a full English Breakfast or, if preferred, Continental or Vegetarian options, all to include fruit juice, tea & coffee.
We have a Tea Room which is open from Wednesday - Friday 10am -3pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am until 4pm, where we sell home cooked food and freshly baked cakes, together with a delightful selection of gifts and greetings cards. All our food is freshly prepared by our friendly team, and wherever possible, we source all local and home produced fayre.
We are open all year, but offer room only over a two week period at Christmas & New Year.
