Thorness Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight sits on the north coast between Yarmouth and Cowes, and has stunning sea views and direct beach access. A favourite holiday destination with families, the park has a variety of onsite leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool and water slide, an entertainment centre, a sports court and amusements. FREE ferry services are available on certain dates! With our all inclusive packages, we take the hassle out of ferry bookings and Hover travel. Hovertravel is quick and easy - just a 10 minute crossing from Southsea to Ryde.
Facilities include a gas/ electric fire in the lounge, a colour TV with Freeview, a shower room, bed linen with beds made up for arrival, fully equipped kitchens with fridges, ovens and microwaves plus free entertainment and facilities passes.
The park is open from 18 March to 28 October.
Check-in for Gold, Platinum or Signature accommodation is from 1.30pm, Silver is from 2.30pm and Bronze from 4pm. Camping/ tourer pitches check-in from 12 noon. Check-out for all accommodation types is by 10am on departure day.
We welcome dogs in a selection of Bronze to Gold accommodation - dogs are charged at £3 per short break and £50 per week. Camping and touring space is dog friendly (just £1 to £3 per night depending on the season).
For Sat Nav use PO31 8NJ. To find us from Fishbourne, turn right out of the ferry terminal, following signs for Newport. At the traffic lights approaching the town centre take the right hand lane towards Cowes. At the end of the dual carriageway take the first exit sign posted Yarmouth (A3054). After 1 mile take the first turning to the right and follow the signs to Thorness Bay.
To find us from Yarmouth, take the A3054 towards Newport. After Shalfleet, turn left at the garage and follow the road through the villages of Newtown and Porchfield. After 2 miles turn left towards the entrance to the Park.
