The interior of this charming cottage is furnished to a high standard, and boasts a large sitting/dining room with an inglenook fireplace and a large Freeview TV.
The kitchen is well- equipped with all the appliances you may wish to use during your stay, including a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a pine dining table for 4 people. All cutlery, crockery, and pots and pans are also included.
There is one bedroom at this property, with twin zip and link beds that can be converted into a queen size bed if required, as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for an additional 2 people.
The facilities include a Freeview TV with a DVD player and a hairdryer. The bathroom is situated at the end of the hallway, and has an electric shower.
The large garden spans half an acre, and is the ideal place for kids to run around in. In the grounds there is a summerhouse, outdoor furniture, a football net, swings and a barbecue, with firelighters, charcoal and tongs all provided.
There is also a 'games barn,' with a pool table, skittles alley, table tennis, children's toys and a dart board.
Free WiFi access. No smoking in the property - this is only permitted outdoors or in the games barn. Dogs are welcome to join their owners for a small charge of £7 per week, per dog. However, please note that dogs must not be left unattended without prior arrangement.

The small town of Fordingbridge is located in the Avon Valley, and here you can pick up all of your essentials in the local supermarket, bakers, butchers and newsagents. In the surrounding area there are a number of popular restaurants, such as the Surma Valley Indian Restaurant, The Bat & Ball Pub, The George Inn and The Fighting Cocks Inn.
The area is particularly popular with mountain bikers and walkers. The Moors Valley Country Park is just a 15 minute drive away, and makes for a family- friendly day out, with 'Go Ape' zip wires, cycle hire, waymarked trails, picnic tables and a miniature steam railway.
Approaching from the M27 Exit the M27 at Junction 1, sign-posted New Forest/Lyndhurst/Cadnam. At roundabout, take 3rd exit (B3078) to Fordingbridge. Turn right at the mini-roundabout towards Salisbury. You will filter left onto the A338 at the northern end of Fordingbridge. On your left you will pass the Burgate School, the Surma Valley restaurant & the Fordingbridge Day Nursery (thatched property). SLOW DOWN at this point & immediately after the Nursery, turn left down the lane marked ‘Burgate Farm & Keepers Gate’. Then turn right immediately into our driveway.
