We offer guests a choice of 2 rooms on a B&B basis. Accommodation consists of a separate annexe adjacent to the main house – this is a large comfortable room with a double and a single bed. There is an en suite bathroom/shower. The room looks out over quiet open countryside. Pets are welcome in the annexe free of charge.
In the main house there is a double room, with its own separate bathroom.
Both rooms have a TV, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Full English or continental breakfast is served in the dining room. We also offer WiFi internet access.
Guests can relax in the conservatory at the back of the house, which looks out over the garden and fields.
We are happy to drop off and collect you from South Downs way. Packed lunches are also available on request. We have a secure lock up garage for bicycles and a well fenced garden for dogs.
We are within 2 miles of the South Downs Way – a magnet for cyclists and walkers, and many footpaths and bridleways in the area. Three local pubs for your evening meal less than 5 minutes drive from the house. Dogs welcome in the bar at the Swan at Fittleworth and our local pub the Labouring Man. The Squire & Horse at Bury has wonderful food.
