Norton Farm is a peaceful, rural self catering cottage located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the seaside town of Seaford, in Sussex. The cottage sleeps 4, and has one double room and one twin room. Norton Farm is located on a 1300 acre working farm, home to a herd of South Devon cattle and sheep. The cottage is ideal for families, and a highchair and travel cot are available for guests to use. We also have a new property for 4 people.
The cottage has one double room and one twin room, both located on the first floor. The ground floor contains a lounge with an open fire, a kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge, microwave and washer/drier and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The cottage has a small enclosed garden with garden furniture and a washing line. A highchair and travel cot are available.
The new property in a single storey barn conversion with two bedrooms one double, one with bunk beds. Lounge/diner and a fitted kitchen with washing machine, cooker, fridge and microwave. The property has wet room with w.c.
Norton Farm is a working 1300 acre farm, with sheep and cattle. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. Wi-Fi service is available at the cottages.

Norton Farm is in an excellent location to explore the South coast. The town of Seaford is a short distance away. Various historic towns including Lewes, Hastings, Battle and Rye are located within a short distance away. The bustling seaside city of Brighton is also only a short journey away. For walkers, the South Downs, Seven Sisters Country Park and Beachy Head are all nearby. If you want to explore further afield, the cottage is also located just two miles away from the ferry to Dieppe in France.
