Originally a Victorian townhouse, Boydens is a newly refurbished bed and breakfast in Brighton which still retains it's original character. First established in 1948, our accommodation includes six guest rooms, a basement dining room and we offer rooms with both ensuite and shared facilities.
Our range of guest rooms includes our ensuite superior double/ twin room with side sea-view and modern decor. This is our largest room and is set on the ground floor. We offer two further executive double rooms, a standard double with private facilities and two single rooms with shared facilities. Each is equipped with cotton linen, digital TV, free Wi-Fi service, hair dryer and tea/ coffee making facilities.
All of our guest rooms are non-smoking.
We serve an excellent breakfast buffet each morning which includes cereals, juices, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. A full English or vegetarian breakfast is available, cooked to order and served with toast, marmalade and jam. Dietary needs can be catered for with prior notice given.
Chargeable car parking permits can be provided for the metered street parking.
A minimum of two nights stay is welcome at weekends or three nights on Bank Holiday Weekends. Please note we do not accept groups, including any part of stag/ hen weekends, children under 12 years old or pets.
We are situated on a quiet tree-lined avenue just a few minutes walk from the town centre shops, beach, pier and esplanade.
From London M25, head south on the M23 joining the A23 to Brighton.

Drive up to the top of the hill and take the last and 9th right turn, just before the set of traffic lights into St James’s Avenue. Drive about a quarter of the way down and Boydens Guest House is at number 27 on the right hand side.
