From London take the M23, A23 then take the A27 towards Newhaven & Lewes.
At Falmer interchange take the B2123 into Rottingdean.
Hotel is straight ahead on the seafront.Alternatively head for the City of Brighton get to the seafront & turn left (A259) & follow signs for Newhaven.
