Our two self catering holiday cottages at White House Farm are set around our 15th Century farmhouse in the heart of the countryside near Maidstone in Kent. Both are single storey properties surrounded by beautiful traditional English countryside.
Brick Kiln sleeps 6 people and has a bedroom suitable for wheelchair users with walk in wet room. One of the rooms in The Bungalow, which also sleeps up to 6, has a walk in wet room.
The cottages can be hired separately or together for a larger group. Smaller groups including couples can also be accommodated at a reduced rate. Call now to book a stay.
Brick Kiln has a combination of one twin and two double en-suite rooms all with TV's and clock radios. The cottage is well equipped with washer/dryer, fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher and microwave. The spacious lounge has a TV, video, CD stereo and French doors leading to the patio. Disabled facilities include ramps, rails, shower seat and shower capable of taking wheelchair access. Outside is an enclosed garden, patio and BBQ plus a shed for bicycle storage.
The Bungalow has one double with en suite bath room, and a double and twin sharing the walk in wet room. Both doubles have TV/DVD systems. The smart kitchen and comfortable lounge are well equipped as Brick Kiln. There's a large furnished garden and bike storage is available at the farm.
All bedding, linen, towels electricity and heating are included in the price.
There are a variety of sporting activities available in the local area including coarse fishing nearby and a network of footpaths through the surrounding countryside, ideal for taking a stroll to the friendly local pub. The Kent coast and the channel ports, as well as the shuttle, are also within easy reach, making a day trip to the continent a distinct possibility.
