Red House Farm Cottages are six beautifully furnished two bedroom holiday cottages set within fourteen acres of countryside close to the village of North Newbald in Yorkshire.

The cottages are ideally situated for those looking to enjoy the tranquillity of the Yorkshire countryside or for the more energetic to cycle or walk the Wolds Way.

Awarded 4 Stars, this luxury self catering holiday accommodation is perfect for a holiday at any time of year with free parking and Wi-Fi access.  


Red House Farm Cottages are beautifully furnished throughout and the lounge area is complete with wood burning stove, oak floor, beamed ceiling, bed settee, plasma TV and DVD.

The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with all the cooking and washing facilities the self catering visitor is likely to make their stay more convenient and comfortable.  

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There is a modern bathroom with bath, overhead shower and toilet. Bedrooms comprise one double and one twin bedroom.  

Other Things to Note

There is ample parking and up to two well behaved dogs are welcome – please let us know in advance if you wish to bring a pet.

A free welcome pack awaits your arrival which consists of Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and fresh free range eggs when available.

Red House Farm Cottages are ideally situated for those looking to enjoy the tranquility of the Yorkshire countryside or for the more energetic to cycle or walk the Wolds Way.

The village is approximately two miles away and has a good range of amenities including two public houses serving good quality pub food and a local shop for stocking up on supplies.

The Yorkshire market town of Beverley, with its Minster and racecourse, is also just six miles away. Other attractions lying within easy reach of the accommodation include The Deep, Flamingo Land, the National Railway Museum, York Minster, Jorvik Viking Centre, Yorkshire Air Museum and Castle Howard.


Directions from M62 motorway:

  • Continue on M62/A63(signposted Hull,Beverley and Humber Bridge)until you reach the turn of for the A1034
  • Continue down the A1034 until you reach South Newbald
  • Turn right onto Westgate,continue forward onto Townside Road, then turn left onto Beverley Road
  • Continue on Beverley Road for approx 2 miles and Red House Farmis on the left hand side, approached by a long driveway
