St Mark’s is surrounded by beautifully countryside, making it an ideal place to enjoy a walking or cycling holiday. The cottages are conveniently situated just 7 miles from Douglas and 4 miles from the airport.
From Douglas: On leaving the ferry, you will pass the IOM Steam Packet Officem, then take first left at the roundabout, over a small bridge and right at the small roundabout. Drive straight on, through next small roundabout, and straight on at next junction. You keep on this road, taking the right fork at the next junction, down a steep hill, under the bridge and up the hill, passing Kewaigue School on your right until you come to yet another roundabout. Take middle lane, as you are in effect going straight on. Pass B & Q on your right, straight across on the roundabout, continue for about 2 miles until you come to the Braaid. Turn left here (1st junction) and travel on for a further two and a half miles and you will be at St. Marks Cross Roads. Turn sharp right at halt sign, and Dreemfroy is about 400 yards down on the left.
From the Airport: Head through Ballasalla and along the country road to St. Marks. Pass through the centre of the village, straight ahead at the crossroads (the road to Douglas is on the right) and you will find Dreemfroy Barn on the left.
