A warm welcome to Millbrook, our family-run bed and breakfast in Swanage. We're located just a few minutes from the beach and town centre with easy access to a range of lovely gift shops, restaurants and the Steam Railway. Also ideally situated for the Purbeck and Dorset coast where you'll find superb walks, cycle routes and access to heritage sites. Swanage acts a gateway to the Jurassic Coast.
Each room at the guest house is maintained to a high standard and guaranteed to make you feel right at home during your stay. Features include tea and coffee making facilities, and LCD TVs.
Room 1 - Old Harry: Double en-suite on the first floor. The en-suite bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and wash basin.
Room 2 - Brownsea Island: Spacious en-suite room on the first floor with a king size double bed - this room is one of the most popular.
Room 3 - Durlston Room: Recently refurbished en-suite twin room on the first floor.
Room 4 - The Purbeck Suite: This superior, spacious room features a queen size bed and walk-in shower.
Room 5 - Kimmeridge: Standard double room on the second floor.
Room 6 - Lulworth Cove: Standard twin room on the second floor - can be booked with Room 5 to create a family unit.
Room 7 - Durdle Door: Spacious family room on the second floor with a double and a single bed.
Room 8 - Tyneham: The largest bedroom in the guest house. Features a double bed and two singles - perfect for a family.
A delicious full English breakfast, or a vegetarian alternative, is served in the spacious breakfast room. To top things off, there's also a great range of cereals, fruit juice, toast, and tea and coffee. Millbrook is proud to have achieved a "5 - Very Good" food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.

Online bookings are subject to a two night minimum stay in the off season and a four night minimum in the high season.

From Wareham On entering Swanage you will pass a school on your left hand side, after a further 250 metres turn right at junction into the High Street. Stay on this road, passing Jewsons on your left, down Court Hill and round the bend at the bottom. You are now in Kings Road, Millbrook is 200 metres on your left opposite the beautiful parish church.
Via the Studland Ferry (Operates daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m and costs £3.50). Follow the signs for Swanage.When you reach the seafront take the second turning on your right opposite the clock. Then turn left at the traffic lights into Rempstone Road. At the mini roundabout go straight over (second exit). Millbrook is 200 yards on your right just after the fire station, opposite the beautiful parish church.
