Overlooking the famous Chesil beach, one of the most beautiful parts of Dorset’s Jurassic Coast, Gorselands Caravan Park is a relaxing destination for the whole family. Our six acre site is built into the valley and has panoramic views of Lyme Bay. While the park is tranquil and incredibly relaxing, many attractions and places of interest are within easy reach. It’s a short walk to the beach or the beautiful meadows along Fisherman’s Walk. We’re pet friendly and unlike most other parks we don’t charge a fee to have them stay. Wi-Fi is widely available on site for a small fee.
Gorselands offers a range of caravan categories including:
|A6+||2 bedroom caravans sleeping up to 6 guests situated on the front row|
|A4+||2 bedroom caravan sleeping up to 4 with central heating and double glazing (all pet free caravans)|
|A6||2 bedroom caravans sleeping up to 6 (all dog friendly caravans)|
|A4||2 bedroom caravans sleeping up to 4|
We guarantee there’s a model to suit everyone. All of our caravans have a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooking facilities, a fridge and a microwave. Freeview TV and DVD players (some integrated) are included in open plan lounges and heating is available double bedrooms. All gas and electricity is included in the booking price.
Duvets and pillows are provided for you but you’ll need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels. On-site parking is available and we have a small shop which opens daily and a laundrette for your convenience.
Eating out: There are lots of excellent pubs and inns in the nearby area, the closest being the Bull Inn, 100 metres down the road. The Manor Hotel and the Crown at Puncknowle are great stops if you're walking inland.
Places of interest: Chesil Beach, the World Heritage Coastline, Abbotsbury, the Tithe Barn Houses, Weymouth and Lyme Regis are all accessible by bus, car on or foot.
