About this Holiday Cottage

Carter's Cottage is a charming and cosy cottage dating back to the 1880's. Now sympathetically modernised, boasting many original features such as inglenook fireplace with a log burner, this delightful property would be ideal for a cosy romantic holiday or a relaxing family break. The beautiful area surrounding Carter's Cottage is perfect for enjoying leisurely walks, or visiting the beach at Holworth or Ringstead. With a number of good pubs within the area. Sorry no pets.

The lounge has an inglenook fireplace with log burner and TV/DVD and WiFi connection available on request. The kitchen is galley style with all modern appliances. A dining area is off the kitchen and there is a family bathroom. There is a fairly spacious conservatory off the sitting-room.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Carter's Cottage offers cosy self catering holiday accommodation for 2-5 people. Comprising three bedrooms - 1 x double, 1 x single with room for a cot if required and 1 x small double.

At the front of the cottage is lawn, drive in with ample parking for 2 cars. At the rear is a fenced garden, safe for children with a patio and portable BBQ.

Other Things to Note

The cottage is cleaned between each let and inspected regularly. Logs for fire charged seperately for shortbreaks in the winter season.

Around and About

You most certainly won't be short of things to do in Dorset. Whether it be an action packed break or a relaxing holiday you really won't be disappointed. Why not head to Weymouth while away the hours relaxing on beautiful golden beaches, you will find plenty of entertainment here to keep the children entertained including donkey rides and Punch and Judy Shows. There are some great boat trips from Lulworth Cove to Durdle Door where you are sure to spot some sea-life along the way. For visitors keen to explore the stunning scenery there are plenty of interesting footpaths and cycle routes to explore too.

The Sat-Nav will take you as far as North Holworth Farm. The property is approached via farm track which is accessible with a normal sized car. This track can be very muddy in wet weather and bad conditions, so please drive with caution.
