The Alum Dene Hotel offers a warm welcome to guests old and new. Originally a Victorian residence built in 1884, the house was converted to a hotel in the 1950s and still retains many of its original features. Guests can look forward to a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a peaceful location with sea views. The hotel is in a prime location only 200 metres from the sea and close to the Bournemouth International Centre.
We have a range of bedrooms to suit all tastes and requirements. Some rooms have delightful sea views and all are tastefully furnished and decorated for your comfort and relaxation. Rooms are well equipped with en-suite facilities, hospitality trays and colour televisions. Ground floor rooms are available for those who have trouble with stairs.
Accommodation can be provided on a Bed and Breakfast, or Bed, Breakfast and Evening meal basis.
A relaxing lounge bar is available throughout your stay with a well stocked, friendly bar serving a range of drinks. Off road car parking is also provided.

Senior citizen discounts are available for weekly bookings based on two sharing (excludes peak July and August). Discounts are also available for children aged 6 to 10 years sharing with two adults.
