Welcome to Glenlee Guest House in Swanage. Situated overlooking the town's putting greens, our licensed period property offers Silver Award winning accommodation, delicious evening meals, off road parking and the highest standards of service are assured during your stay.
Each of our six guest rooms are well equipped with an ensuite shower room, Freeview TV, a DAB radio, suitcase stand, boot tray, fresh drinking water and hot drinking making facilities with biscuits. We also have a superior room with extra seating area and family accommodation for either three or four people. Please note that we only accept children over three years old. Complimentary toiletries, fluffy towels and shower caps are provided in each ensuite facility. We have a ground floor room available, four guest rooms on the first floor and a final room on the second floor.
Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9am each day in our bright dining room overlooking the garden. Guests can choose from a range of fresh fruit, juices and cereals plus cooked options such as a full English, kippers, smoked haddock, poached eggs, boiled eggs or hot croissants. Vegetarians, vegans and guests with special dietary requirements are all very welcome.
Our evening meal menu changes each day and is created using seasonal ingredients. Guests can enjoy a starter, main course and dessert with cheese and biscuits, tea, coffee or mint chocolate to finish. A range of soft and alcoholic drinks are available to accompany your meal.
We offer our accommodation on a nightly or weekly basis and for single occupancy, a £10 per room per night will be applied. Evening meals are charged at £22 per adult and £11 per child and served daily at 6.30pm except Tuesdays.
Check out time is by 10am and arrival time is after 4pm.
Please note we do not accept pets.
We are situated just a few yards from the award winning beach and a ten minute stroll along the promenade from shops, restaurants and pubs.
Entering Swanage from Wareham and Corfe Castle on the A351 (Victoria Avenue), follow signs for the Main Beach Car Park. Take the next left after the car park into Northbrook Road, then take the fourth right turning into Cauldon Avenue.
