Cuddan Rose is a superbly placed self catering bungalow, close to the warm rocks and safe calm waters of picturesque Prussia Cove, overlooking Mount's Bay. The bungalow offers guests a peaceful retreat away from the rigours of modern life, and provides a beautfiul atmosphere for families to enjoy a breakaway in Cornwall. The bungalow comfortably sleeps 6 and guests can make the most of the excellent self catering facilities to cook up a storm.
Access to the property is via a lane through farmland or walk by footpath through a farmland valley. Prussia Cove is ideal for walking, touring and exploring West Cornwall. Land's End, St Michael's Mount, Minack Open Air Theatre and the resort of St Ives are nearby. From nearby Cuddan Point, visitors can enjoy views across all of Mount's Bay to the Lizard Peninsula and westwards towards Land's End Peninsula. The area is a site of Special Scientific Interest with unique flora and fauna and there are many local coves and caves to explore. The gardens of Glendurgan and Trelissick are within easy reach of the property, as is the world famous Eden Project.
The house has one double room and two twin rooms, two of which have sea views. The large and comfortable lounge area has an open fire place, colour TV and video and French windows leading out onto the patio and large lawn/garden area. For those visiting during the warmer months there is garden furniture with barbecue for those al fresco meals. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with all that the self catering visitor will need, including oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Linen Hire (no towels), Electricity by coin meter; heating costs included in hire fee.

Travelling from the M5 motorway near Exeter, at the last Junction (31) take the A30 (dual carriageway) across the top of Dartmoor (signposted Okehampton). Now remain on the A30 for the majority of your journey, passing Launceston and crossing through Bodmin Moor. Near Bodmin, stay on the A30. Travel on the dual carriageway heading west past Redruth and Camborne. Bypass Hayle continuing towards Penzance. Then near Marazion, at a roundabout take the A394 signposted "Helston". At the next roundabout go straight on, enter the village of Roseudgeon. Turn right at the cross roads by the Falmouth Packet Pub, signposted Prussia Cove. Follow this road through a valley, on the other side Cuddan Rose may be found next to a lane on the right.
