Originally called the Loch Eck Inn This 17th Century Coaching Inn is right on the shores of Loch Eck, said by some to be the one of the prettiest in Scotland. Situated in Scotland s First National Park, Just one hour west of, Glasgow, we welcome anyone and everyone who wants to come and sample the fresh air and breathtaking views.
Breakfast is served in our bay window overlooking the loch and hills, the most relaxing way to start the day.
Room 3 is the most popular room, its secret... a large double bath in its own bay window. Its the perfect place to unwind with a bottle of wine, or even join us downstairs by one of our 3 open fires with a good malt or award winning local ale.
1. Head west on M8 2. Take the exit onto M898 toward Erskine/Bishopton 3. Continue onto A898 4. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for A82/Crianlarich and merge onto Great Western Rd/A82 Continue to follow A82 Go through 5 roundabouts 5. Continue onto Old Military Rd/A83 Continue to follow A83 6. Turn left onto A815 And Follow signs for Dunoon. We are right on the shore of Loch Eck.
Alternatively Follow the M8 west and then the A8 until you reach Western Ferries. Take the Ferry. Then Follow signs for the A815 to Glasgow and we are about 15 minutes away.
