Situated in the heart of Blackpool, King Edward Holiday Flats provide an ideal base for exploring the North West coast.
Our six studio flats and one large apartment on the North Shore and are only a few minutes’ walk from the Queens Promenade and sea front.
Each flat is well equipped for self catering with convenient additions of free Wi-Fi and parking.
We have a range of studio apartments based on the ground and first floor. The two ground floor apartments may be suitable for those with limited mobility and feature access ramps for wheelchair users.
Each studio flat has a comfortable lounge area with Freeview TV and a dining table with seating. Kitchenettes feature a full size cooker, fridge with icebox, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The apartment is the largest property and is generously sized throughout.
All studio flats sleep two adults with room for an additional two children (maximum) on fold out beds. Flats feature either a double or twin bedroom with en-suite shower facilities.
The apartment sleeps up to five people (depending on the variant) and has its own family bathroom with shower over bath.
Bed linen is provided for your arrival - please bring your own towels. Each apartment has full central heading and is fitted with double glazing.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate hen or stag parties. Sorry – we do not accept pets accept guide dogs.
Private parking is available for guest's use and we also have storage facilities for bicycles. Contractors are very welcome and we also have senior citizens offer available.
Check in is available between 2pm and 9pm and flats must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Short breaks are available throughout the year with a minimum two night stay.
We are perfectly situated next to the promenade and the Gynn Gardens on the North Shore. The beach and sea front are only a short walk to the entrance of the street where you can join the promenade and find a wide array of attractions and activities to enjoy.
We are well located in a quiet area of Blackpool with easy access to The Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Tower which are just a short walk or tram ride down the promenade. Trams also run from the heart of the town to Bispham, Cleaveys and Fleetwood.
