Rickwood House is a hotel-style B&B that currently holds the only four star rating in Portpatrick. This delightful harbour village, in Dumfries and Galloway, overlooks the Irish Sea and there are plenty of opportunities for coastal walks and harbour strolls. Golfers are also well catered for as Portpatrick has its own course and there are several nearby. The guest house is also ideal if you're planning on visiting Ireland on the ferry.
Families with children, couples and even your pet are welcome at this guest house.
The guest house has a choice of double, twin and large ground floor bedrooms, as well as a family room and king-size room. Each is en-suite and decorated to a high standard. Some feature both a bath and shower and several benefit from stunning sea views.
