Our variety of double and single rooms are beautifully presented throughout. All rooms have a TV with DVD player and a well stocked hospitality tray of tea and coffee. Bed linen and towels are supplied in each room.
Lorn and Morvern are individually presented double bedrooms, both located on the ground floor of the guesthouse with their own en-suite shower rooms. Lorn boasts magnificent sea views and Morvern enjoys a South facing position, allowing for plenty of natural light.
Appin and Etive are single bedrooms on the first floor with views over the Fall of Lora. The rooms share access to a modern family bathroom with shower and bath facilities.
Enjoy a delightful Full Scottish breakfast made fresh each morning with locally sourced ingredients and buffet of cereals and other continental options are available including fruit juices and hot beverages.
We also offer lighter cooked breakfast options and alternates including a superb vegetarian breakfast, kippers and sweet or savoury pancakes. We can cater for special dietary requirements with prior arrangements.
Guests are welcome to enjoy elevated views across Loch Etive from our conservatory. The room is well equipped with comfortable seating and a telescope.
We also have a guest lounge with matching leather sofa suites, a wood burning stove and TV with DVD player. A variety of DVD's are available and guests are very welcome to bring their own.
We are home to the Seafreedom Kayak company and believed to be the only UK B&B to offer sea kayak trips, coaching and rental.
Our idyllic location means that The Firth of Lorn, Loch Etive and twenty islands are all closeby by kayak. We provide a great base for independent paddlers and can provide maps, weather forecasts and tidal information for your trips. We also host guided tours run by qualified instructors.
Minimum stay of 2 nights between April and the end of September. Check in is between 4pm and 7pm but we can be flexible with advance notification. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
