The house is ideally placed for golfers, walkers, cyclists and for gardening enthusiasts with beautiful gardens and well stocked nurseries within easy reach. There are sandy beaches close by. For those interested in outdoor activities or watersports there is a centre at nearby Loch Ken.
The cottage is comfortably furnished throughout and the sitting room has a TV, DVD, games and books for visitors' use. The kitchen is compact but well equipped and opens out onto the patio and garden.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom which looks out onto the secluded sunny garden and there is a further double bedroom on the first floor which also overlooks the garden.
To the front of the property is a twin bedded room which is suitable for children.
The house has a sunny garden suitable for playing or relaxing and has garden furniture. Off road parking.

Kircudbright is known as an artists town and is a town of historical and cultural interest. There is the Tolbooth Arts Centre, the Stewartry Museum and numerous galleries and the harbour is still used by fishing boats, whilst the marina caters for recreational sailing craft.
