Named after the onetime owners of Grove House, Rowntree Cottage has one king-size double bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom containing a bath with power shower over. A sitting room area with exposed beams and warming log burner is the perfect spot to relax, featuring a 28" Freesat LCD TV and recorder, a HiFi with a CD and radio and DVD player. A well equipped fitted kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, all crockery/ cutlery and utensils. Books, games, a radio alarm clock, shaver point, a hairdryer and welcome tray with tea, coffee and fresh milk are all provided.
A welcome file is available to guests on arrival and essentials including luxury duvets, bed linen, pillows, fluffy soft towels, kitchen linen and cleaning materials. Blankets can be made available on request along with extras including a cot, stairgate, a highchair and wheelchair. Guests have inclusive use of onsite laundry facilities. Changeover day is a Saturday.
