This peaceful retreat is set within its own 4 acres of grounds, and includes a Summerhouse with a twin bedroom and spacious wetroom connected to the main house by a wheelchair accessible covered walkway.
The house sleeps 8 guests in character living space with original features, high ceilings, antique furnishings and parquet floors with homely rugs throughout. An entrance leads into a porch through to a spacious hall and sitting room with sofa and chair seating, an electric fire and large desk. A cosy lounge contains an open fire, TV, DVD and big French windows with wonderful views. The uniquely crafted kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and features a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave and a fridge/ freezer. A washer and tumble dryer are in a utility room, and the enclosed garden includes furniture and bike storage space.
Bedrooms feature a double, a bunk bedroom and a twin which can be a super king-size double on request. A main bathroom contains a bath with shower over, wash basin and wc and the property also has a small shower room with wash basin and wc.
The property has off road parking for 3 cars adjacent.
Bedlinen is supplied and towel hire is available on request. We can also supply cots and high chairs at a fee.
Short breaks are offered at certain times of the year. Well trained pets are welcome at an extra charge. We include all electric, fuel and night storage heating in booking.
