    About this Holiday Cottage

    The Bothy is an all ground floor cottage, situated in the grounds of the owner's home, two miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. This cottage sleeps two people and has an open plan studio area with double bed, kitchen, breakfast bar, sitting area and woodburning stove. The cottage also has a separate bathroom and external utility. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and shared use of the owners' garden with tennis court. The Bothy is an ideal romantic retreat.


    All ground floor. Open plan studio accommodation with double bed, fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, sitting area and woodburning stove. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. External utility.

Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Shared use of owners' two acre wildlife garden with furniture, BBQ and tennis court (please bring own tennis balls and rackets if preferred). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile. Pub 1.5 miles.
