About this Holiday Cottage

Pennant Bungalow sits in a rural location on a working farm, near the village of Knucklas in Mid Wales. With four bedrooms including three doubles (one with an en-suite shower room) and one single, this cottage can sleep seven people. The cottage also includes a family bathroom, a kitchen, a utility room a dining room, a separate sitting room with woodburner as well as a cosy snug room. Outside is off road parking for three cars, plus a lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Penant Bumgalow offers a fantastic base for friends and families looking to explore beautiful, rural Mid Wales and Shropshire.

All ground floor. Four bedrooms: 3 x double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Dining room. Sitting room (seats 5) with woodburner. Snug (seats 2).

Biomass central heating and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games, DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Cottage is on a British Horse Society approved centre with stabling, tack room, wash room and paddock for grazing at additional cost, avail. by prior arrangement with owner. Note: For fishing on Penyclawyd Lake –a fee is payable to owner and please bring own equipment. Note: Mobile phone signal can be intermittent.
