About this Holiday Cottage

Craigwell is a charming semi-detached cottage set in a quiet location in the village of Drumnadrochit near Loch Ness. With three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single with pull-out stacker bed plus a double sofa bed in the sitting room, this cottage can sleep up to eight people. The cottage also includes a family bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a sitting room with dining area and open fire, plus a second sitting room with sofa bed. Craigwell offers friends and families a lovely homely base from which to explore nearby Loch Ness and the beautiful surrounding Highlands.


Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 6). Sitting room (seats 4) with dining area and open fire. Second sitting room (seats 3) with sofa bed.

Around and About

The village of Drumnadrochit lies at the head of Urquhart Bay on the shore of Loch Ness and is the centre of the Loch Ness Monster tourism industry in Scotland. In an area of great natural beauty and magnificent scenery, Drumnadrochit is home to the popular Loch Ness Monster exhibition, a village green, a shop and post office, several cafes and a gift shop and tea room.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
