About this Holiday Cottage

Castle Cliff is a spacious semi-detached cottage close to the harbour and amenities in Cellardyke, a mile from Anstruther. The property has four double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a gound floor children's bunk room. Thereare two bathrooms and a cloakroom. There is a kitchen, dining room and two sitting rooms, one with an open fire. Outside is roadside parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Castle Cliff makes an ideal base for enjoying this lovely part of Scotland's coast.


Five bedrooms: 4 x double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x ground floor children's bunks. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast area (seats 4). Utility. Dining room (seats 8). Sitting room (seats 6) with open fire. Second sitting room (seats 2) with double sofa bed.

Gas central heating with open fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with Freeview), DVD, PlayStation 2 with games, selection of books, games and DVDs. Gas and electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking across road on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and harbour 1 min walk. Note: Second TV has no aerial and is for DVD use only. Note: Max 10 people, including infants.

The village of Anstruther played a major role in Scotland's fishing history, and today is a popular tourist base for enjoying the coastline's attractive walking routes, picturesque villages and good golfing at St Andrew's.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
