About this Holiday Cottage

St. Leven is a comfortable, detached cottage set in the centre of Ilfracombe, Devon, and benefits from private parking and character features. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin bedroom, and also has access to a shower room. On the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen and dining area, and a separate living room with woodburner. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for one car, and a courtyard to the front of the cottage with furniture. St. Leven is ideally based for any group looking to spend some time by the Devon coast.


Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with woodburner.

Front courtyard garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: This property is not suitable for wheelchair users due to it being situated on a steep hill.

Around and About

Ilfracombe is a bustling town with two beaches, situated on the North Devon coastline, a short drive from Exmoor National Park. Ilfracombe has a harbour, pubs, restaurants and shops, and a day trip from the town to Lundy Island is essential. The villages of Lynton, Lynmouth, Clovelly, and the town of Hartland, plus many walking routes are all close by. Ilfracombe is an ideal at any time of year.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
