Around and About

The historic rural village of Crudgington is surrounded by wonderful Shropshire countryside, including Crudgington Moor, which is a haven for a variety of wildlife. Within driving distance are a number of interesting places, including Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Ludow, Stokesay Castle and Wroxeter Roman City.

A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was "the quietest place under the sun" and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.
