About this Holiday Cottage

Yr Eifl is a traditional, mid-terrace cottage set in a rural location near the village Llithfaen in North Wales. With four double bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two set in the eaves of the cottage in the first floor, the property can sleep eight people. The cottage includes a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Yr Eifl occupies a wonderful location, is within easy reach of beautiful, quiet beaches, making it ideal for your next coastal break in North Wales.

Four bedrooms: 2 x double, 2 x ground floor double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room (seats 6). Sitting room (seats 7) with woodburner.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with basic Sky, DVD, iPod dock, selection of books and DVDs, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking opposite for 2 cars, plus additional small space at rear. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: First floor bedrooms have sloping ceilings with restricted access to one side only. Note: Garden has a drop, children to be supervised.

Around and About

The small village of Llithfaen is one of the highest villages on the Llyn Peninsula, enjoying some of the best views around due to its location on the slopes of the Yr Eifl mountain range. The village boasts its own community-run village shop and local pub, which was established in 1988 and offers traditional food and welcome.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
