    About this Holiday Cottage

    Bank View is a traditional, terraced cottage situated in Aberarth near Aberaeron and benefits from lovely views over the River Arth. The cottage has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and seating area. This cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with bunk beds. To the outside of the cottage there is roadside parking, and a private, enclosed garden with furniture that is accessed from across the road. Bank View is a lovely, homely, coastal base for any small family or group.

    Two bedrooms: 1 x double accessed from one side only, 1 x children's bunks (suitable for ages 14 and under only). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

    Electric wall heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking 1 min walk away. Load/unload only outside cottage. Balcony with furniture. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage garden access is across a quiet road, children to be supervised. Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children.

    Aberaeron is a pretty Georgian coastal town located between Cardigan and Aberystwyth with a lovely pebble beach and beautiful sea views. There is an abundance of shops with unusual gifts, great eating places and pubs, and a quiet little harbour to enjoy watching the boats come and go. Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy water sports or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.

    Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
