About this Holiday Cottage

The Cottage is a single-storey, stone barn conversion, situated in an elevated position, one mile from Ebberston village in North Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms - a king-size double, a double with en-suite wet room and a twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, while the open plan living area offers a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside you will find off road parking for two cars and a south-facing front patio with furniture. The amenities of Pickering are a short drive away while outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy Dalby Forest nearby. The Cottage makes a great base for a break in North Yorkshire.


All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x double with en-suite wet room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Note: There are 3 steps up to the property, and 1 internal step up to the double bedroom. Note: The owner's 2 farm dogs roam freely in the grounds outside the property, so dogs should be supervised at all times.

Ebberston is a village on the edge of Dalby Forest, 6 miles from Pickering in North Yorkshire. The village boasts a pub and a stream which runs through the village to the Derwent River. Visit Castle Howard, the North York Moors Steam Railway at Pickering or the coastal town of Scarborough.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
